Tour Itinerary
Friday, December 29th: After boarding from our Fort Wayne, In Lima Rd location, we head south for overnight lodging for the evening. Dinner is on your own this evening.
Saturday, December 30th: Following breakfast we head for Savannah, Georgia. Our first stop is Savannah's Riverfront. Tonight, we will enjoy a two-hour Dinner Cruise as the riverboat slowly takes us down the Savannah River. Enjoy a gourmet buffet dinner and after dinner, snap your fingers, tap your feet or get up and dance to the tunes from the 50's through today performed by one of your own riverboat entertainers.
Sunday, December 31st: Breakfast this morning, then travel to Savannah's Visitor Center where we pick-up our guide for a 2-hour tour of one of the largest restored National Historic Landmark Districts in the nation. Afterwards, there will be free time to visit Savannah's River Street District where you can enjoy lunch on your own and browse the unique shops. In the afternoon, get an understated taste of an authentic early 19th century holiday season in Savanna at the historic Davenport House. Returning to our hotel, you will have time to freshen up for an evening full of activities. Start your New Yer's Eve with a delicious dinner at one of the fine local restaurants, then continue to the Historic Savannah Theatre where you will enjoy a fantastic Musical Revue Show. The entertainment doesn't stop there, as the house band continues to play all your favorites to lead you up to midnight. Party favors and a toast at midnight complete your fun-filled New Year's Eve Celebration!
Monday, January 1st: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast after your late-night celebration, then we depart for a delicious southern buffet lunch at The Lady & Sons Restaurant. Following the meal, we depart for our overnight stop on our way north.
Tuesday, January 2nd: Following breakfast we depart for home with fond memories of our New Year's Eve in Savannah, Georgia!
