Once your reservation has been processed, you will be mailed a confirmation with payment information and pick up times for your chosen location.  You may cancel an unpaid tour, but once you have paid, the tour it is non-refundable.

Credit cards payments can be made over the phone by calling 260-637-0719 Ext 71

or a check can be mailed after you receive your reservation in the mail.
